Money Back Policy

1. No Refund Policy

a. Final Sale:
All sales made through www.qubitsolutions.co.ke are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services once the sale has been completed. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before making a purchase.

b. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the specific nature of our products and services, including but not limited to networking equipment, audiovisual solutions, home automation systems, and home office setups, returns and refunds are not permitted.

2. Exchanges and Repairs

a. Defective Products:
In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we offer repair services or exchanges within the warranty period. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed information on how to initiate a repair or exchange.

b. Condition for Exchange:
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. The product must not show signs of wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

c. Exchange Process:
If you believe your product is defective and qualifies for an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@qubitsolutions.co.ke within the warranty period. Our team will guide you through the process, including returning the defective product and receiving a replacement.

3. Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered under a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. For more information, please refer to our Warranty Policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

4. Customer Responsibility

a. Accurate Information:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the purchase process is accurate, including product selection, shipping address, and payment details. We are not responsible for errors or omissions made by the customer during the ordering process.

b. Product Compatibility:
Please ensure that the products you purchase are compatible with your existing systems and requirements. We are not liable for incompatibility issues that arise after the sale is completed.
